  • Are the classes live?

    No. They were live at one point, but when you watch classes through our subscription service, you are watching the recordings of previous live online class sessions. If you are interested in live online classes where you can interact with your instructors and classmates, visit simonsinek.com/classes.

  • How do the subscription recordings differ from the live online classes elsewhere on your site?

    Recordings can be viewed at any time day or night and at your own pace. Our live online classes generally only happen once per month. The subscription service also provides exclusive classes that you can't find live. If you learn better by being an active participant, we recommend our live online classes at simonsinek.com/classes.

  • Are all of your live online classes in the library?

    Not all, but the vast majority. The library does not include our three instructional live workshops on finding your WHY (Start With WHY, Refine Your WHY, Live Your WHY). We’ve found those classes require the interactivity that can only be offered in a live experience. These classes are available at simonsinek.com/classes and can be easily found by filtering that page by “Purpose”. The library also does not include our on-demand courses on “The Art of Presenting” and “Find Your WHY”. When we launch a new Live Online Class, it will remain live-only for three months before it is added to The Optimism Library.

  • Does the library include your on-demand courses?

    The Optimism Library does not include Simon’s courses on “The Art of Presenting” and “Find Your WHY”. It only includes recordings of the classes you see under the "live online classes" tab at the top of this page.

  • What if I want to pause or cancel my membership?

    If you need to pause or cancel your membership please reach out to: [email protected]. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods. If you have more questions, please contact us. We’re happy to help!

  • Does Simon teach these classes?

    While we wish we could clone Simon, science just isn’t quite there yet. The instructors of these classes are experts in their fields and many have been trained by Simon. If you only want Simon, our "Find Your WHY" and "Art of Presenting" On Demand courses are taught by Simon.

  • Can I watch these classes on my phone or tablet?

    Yes! We recommend making sure you do so over Wi-Fi. If you choose to do so through your wireless carrier, please be aware of your data plan!

  • Help! I lost my password or log-in information
