How do I access my course?
Once you have registered and paid for a course, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the course. If you did not receive a welcome email, check to ensure it is not in your junk folder. You can also access it by signing into your account and selecting the course listed on "My Dashboard".

Do I have to log in at a certain time to complete a course?
Courses are designed for learners to go through at their own pace without the need to interact with other learners or a teacher. Course materials are self-directed, meaning you work through the materials at your own pace at a time that is convenient for you. After you enroll in a course, you will have 365 days to complete it unless stated otherwise.

How do I reset or change my password?
If you forget your password, you can reset it by selecting "Forgot Password?" on the sign in page. If you are already signed in to the site and want to change your password, click on your name and select "My Account" and then select "Password".

Do I have to finish in one sitting?
The course is designed so that you can take your time and pace yourself as you’d like to complete the course.

What are the system requirements for the course?
Generally, users who experience this issue need to click the ‘Complete & Continue’ button at the bottom of the page. If you cannot see it, it may be one of the following issues: 1) If you’re using a tablet or phone, please retry the course on a laptop or desktop computer. 2) Ensure that your browser is not blocking media. Some browsers will block video plugins for unfamiliar sites, preventing videos from playing. 3) Finally, close and restart your browser. Some browser applications, such as Firefox, will display issues with media files when they are not properly updated. Often, simply restarting the application is enough to fix this.

I’m stuck in the course - why can’t I go forward?
Make sure you click the “Complete & Continue” button at the bottom of the page to mark your progress and advance to the next section. If you can’t see the button, you may need to scroll down to see it on the page.
