We are committed to building a more inspired, safe, and fulfilled world together. These are our expectations for Live Online Class Participants.

  • Welcome all people. We believe in acceptance and in diversity of perspective including race, color, gender, religion, national origin, ancestry, disability, age, sexual orientation—or any other characteristic that makes you, you.

  • Remember the human. Acknowledge that there are real people behind the screen. You don’t need to agree with everything someone is saying, but you should always act with curiosity, respect, and empathy.

  • Show up to give. Your participation adds so much value to our classes, not just for you, but for others in the group. Show up to give and serve, not to take (or to solicit business, please!).

  • Come to learn. Assume you always have more to learn and room to grow, because we all do.

  • Keep it confidential. Due to the nature of our classes, you may hear personal information about others. Honor that responsibility and follow Las Vegas rules: any private information shared in our classes, stays in our classes.

  • To sum it up in five words: Be a decent human being.
